The house has 2 wings - East and West.

If you book 3 bedrooms option, you will get East Wing and common area (i.e. swimming pool and working room).

If you book 4 bedrooms option, you will also get West Wing.

The house actually has 5 bedrooms but the master bedroom will be off limit to guests as there are personal belongings of my parents. Guests will have two options for accommodation of 3 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms. Please see price calculation below:

3 Bedroom (standard 12 guests 1,100 sqm space)

Weekend nights (fri-sun) 18,000/ night
Cleaning fee 1,500
Extra guests after 12th person 1,000/night/person (max 15 pax)

4 Bedroom (standard 16 guests 1,300 sqm space)
Week nights (mon-thurs) 16,000 / night
Weekend nights (fri-sun) 24,000 / night
Cleaning fee 2,000
Extra guests after 16th person 1,000/night/person (max 20 pax)

*Note 1: Weekend rates will be applied to Thailand's public holidays.

*Note 2: The price shown by default is for 3 bedroom option for 12 guests. If you have extra guests or want to book the 4 bedroom option kindly make inquiry.

*Note 3: For December, week nights pricing of 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom options are 15,000 and 20,000 respectively.

I will not personally be on the compound. We have house keepers (who live in a different house within the compound), but please only use them to help you if you have any problem with the utilities. Please do not use them for anything else.

The house is situated in a very quiet and private area.

Access by vehicles only. There are no local taxi/Grab, so if you hired a driver to drive you there, make sure you arrange a transportation with them for during your stay as well.

We do our best in keeping the house clean at all times. But we ask guests' understanding that the house is situated in the jungle, and therefore, there may be encounter with bugs and lizards some times especially during rainy season. We therefore, ask guests' cooperation in always closing doors at all times.
